Responsibilities

Customer-Centric Mindset: You genuinely enjoy helping people and know how to make them feel heard and supported
Sales Skills: At least 2 years in a customer-facing sales role with a track record of building relationships and closing business
Cabinetry Knowledge: Minimum of 1–2 years of cabinet industry experience is strongly preferred, but we’ll consider candidates who have the right stuff and a passion for helping customers build beautiful spaces
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to different customer needs
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with learning systems, CRM tools, and product details
Organized & Self-Motivated: Able to manage leads, track progress, and stay on top of follow-ups without losing sight of the bigger picture
Team Player: Collaborative, positive, and willing to support teammates to help the whole team succeed

Required

Strong background in customer engagement
Sales experience
Prior use of a CRM system
Kitchen design or furniture sales experience
