Proactively chasing monies owed to the University, covering both student and commercial debt
Working directly with debtors, resolving queries that may prevent payment of outstanding invoices
Processing new customer account requests
Collaborating with colleagues across the University to maximise income collection
Supporting the production and maintenance of aged debt reports that inform performance tracking, budget management, and forecasting across the University
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls and enhance payment processes
Qualification
Required
Well-organised and highly motivated
Strong communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to manage challenging conversations when required
Proactive in chasing monies owed to the University, covering both student and commercial debt

Experience in processing new customer account requests
