Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of an integrated product roadmap, balancing hardware and software development timelines. You’ll drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working toward common goals
Shape the long-term product vision and strategy to maintain the company’s leadership in the industry. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable product goals and milestones
Foster collaboration between product, engineering, and software teams to ensure seamless execution. Lead by example, building high-performing teams and creating a culture of transparency, innovation, and operational excellence
Translate technical advancements into clear customer value propositions. Lead the effort to ensure that the company’s products not only meet technical specifications but also provide significant value to end-users
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven success in launching and scaling complex hardware/software products
Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence key stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in advanced computing, scientific instrumentation, or semiconductor industries
Familiarity with cryogenics, vacuum systems, or RF/microwave engineering
An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant technical or scientific field
Previous experience in a venture-backed startup
