Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals
A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people
Open availability to manage locations that open early and close late 7 days a week
