Responsibilities

Assume overall project performance responsibility, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget constraints

Input to the development of project execution plans, including scope, schedule, and budget

Define project charter, scope, WBS tasks, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with project team

Develop cost estimation for the entire duration of the project

Negotiate changes to project scope and deliverables with clients by established procedures

Make authoritative decisions and recommendations that significantly impact engineering activities

Foster and maintain extensive contacts with key engineers and stakeholders, adeptly navigating critical issues through persuasion and negotiation

Recommend and allocate personnel and financial resources to support programs aligned with organizational objectives

Required

A bachelor's degree in engineering

PMP Certification

Broad knowledge of various engineering disciplines, with particular expertise in at least one discipline
