Responsibilities
Own and evolve the corporate compliance program across all operations (policies, training, auditing, investigations, corrective actions)
Oversee compliance with HIPAA/HITECH, Medi-Cal/EPSDT, and commercial payer requirements
Ensure accurate and compliant ABA billing, documentation, credentialing, and supervision standards
Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance workplans aligned with company growth
Partner with Operations, Clinical Leadership, HR, IT, and Finance to embed a culture of compliance
Qualification
Required
10+ years of healthcare compliance experience, including leadership at scale
Experience building or maturing a provider-side compliance program
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, audit readiness, privacy, and billing integrity
Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a growing organization
Preferred
Advanced degree (JD, MHA, MPH, or similar) and/or compliance certification (CHC, CHPC, CCEP preferred)
