Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Developer
Alldus is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in Customer Insights and Marketing to join their team for a large-scale transformation initiative. The role involves developing solutions to consolidate marketing tools into a unified Dynamics 365 platform, enabling data-driven marketing strategies and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys) and Dynamics 365 Marketing
Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines , segment definitions , and journey automations to enable unified customer profiles and personalized campaigns
Work closely with the Solution Architect to translate designs and roadmaps into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
Implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform components, and external marketing/data systems
Configure and extend Dynamics 365 entities, plugins, and Power Automate flows
Support performance tuning, data quality improvement, and platform optimization efforts
Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases
Qualification
Required
Proven experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and/or Dynamics 365 Marketing
Strong understanding of Power Platform components — including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or equivalent tools)
Ability to implement and optimize customer segments, journeys, and triggers for marketing automation
Knowledge of API integrations and custom connectors within the Dynamics/Power Platform ecosystem
Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and CRM data flows
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset
Preferred
Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform) are a plus
