Client Relations Specialist
Veterinary Specialties Referral Center is seeking a Client Relations Specialist who will serve as the first impression of the practice. The role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and processing incoming patients
Answering phone calls including scheduling appointments and taking messages for doctors and staff
Entering client and patient data into EMR system
Generating invoices, and entering payments into EMR system
Managing the retrieval and storage of patients medical records
Make reminder calls confirming client appointments
Maintain the cleanliness of waiting room
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous Veterinary Reception Or Veterinary Assistant Experience Is Required
Strong organizational skills
Excellent telephone and in-person client service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Close attention to detail
Excellent computer skills
Compassion for animals and their owners
Preferred
Prior experience within human medicine or a veterinary hospital is a plus
