Responsibilities

Lead implementation projects for our AI Agents from kickoff to successful deployment in healthcare environments

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk trackers and resource allocation

Build and nurture strong client partnerships with various key stakeholders to ensure full alignment throughout the implementation journey

Coordinate and communicate with internal and external resources including third parties/vendors for the execution of client implementation projects

Translate Hyro's technical AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes that address specific client needs

Develop mitigation strategies for potential implementation challenges specific to healthcare environments

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and sales, to ensure seamless and high quality project execution
