Responsibilities
Support Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes for NA:
FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax configuration
CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA (Profitability Analysis)
Support and monitor closing activities (month-end, year-end) and ensure system readiness
Optimize closing cycle and reporting timelines
Support the business with financial reports:
Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow
COPA profitability reports
Master Data - Bank Account setup issues
Interface Issues - US bank processing issues, Concur processing issues, EasyAP processing issues
Material ledger postings
Closing & Opening ledgers
Batch Job monitoring and Support - Intercompany partner job runs, closing jobs like Depreciation, COPA settlements
Qualification
Required
Experience with Finance (FI) processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax configuration
Experience with Controlling (CO) processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA (Profitability Analysis)
Ability to support and monitor closing activities (month-end, year-end) and ensure system readiness
Experience in optimizing closing cycle and reporting timelines
Ability to support the business with financial reports including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and COPA profitability reports
Experience in handling Master Data - Bank Account setup issues
Ability to troubleshoot Interface Issues - US bank processing issues, Concur processing issues, EasyAP processing issues
Experience with Material ledger postings
Ability to manage Closing & Opening ledgers
Experience in Batch Job monitoring and Support - Intercompany partner job runs, closing jobs like Depreciation, COPA settlements
