Legal and Professional Recruiting Manager
LHH is partnering with a valued law firm client to find a Legal & Professional Recruiting Manager who will lead talent acquisition efforts for attorneys, paralegals, and business professionals. This role is critical to supporting firmwide growth and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
Responsibilities
Drive recruiting for attorneys (associates, senior counsel) and professional staff; support lateral shareholder recruiting as needed
Partner with practice leadership on staffing needs
Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers in collaboration with HR
Maintain relationships with external legal recruiters
Align recruiting strategies with firm growth and office expansion
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7–10+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Proven success recruiting attorneys and professional staff
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability
Ability to execute accurately and pivot quickly as business needs change
Preferred
Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
