Qualification

6+ years of legal experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing NDAs as well as a wide variety of other corporate and commercial contracts
Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
Strong communication skills
Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
Outstanding references
Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
Preferred
Experience working in the AI industry or on AI related matters is strongly preferred
