Responsibilities

Act as the Accounting representative in business process design sessions, ensuring financial integrity and compliance

Provide subject matter expertise on inventory accounting for B&M retail operations, including physical inventory counting and RFID-enabled processes

Define and validate accounting requirements for inventory movement transactions, such as:

Goods receipts and exception management

Store inventory adjustments and corrections

Ensure proper design and documentation of financial controls, including SOX compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with accounting standards

Support testing and validation of inventory-related processes and systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong experience in Inventory Accounting within B&M retail environments

Hands-on experience with RFID-enabled inventory processes

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge accounting and operational teams
