Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Shareholder and Customer Service teams
Partner cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional shareholder and customer service
Oversee shareholder order processing, fulfillment, and support of production and distribution
Serve as a primary point of contact for shareholders, proactively addressing needs and resolving issues
Create and deliver regular and urgent written communications to shareholders
Track, report, and present key performance metrics to leadership
Conduct performance evaluations and manage timekeeping and administrative tasks
Identify and implement tools and processes to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with HR on staffing, training, and development initiatives
Promote company values, leadership growth, and a continuous improvement in culture

Qualification

Customer service experiencePeople leadershipERP systemsMicrosoft OfficeAnalytical skillsSelf-motivated leaderDegree in related fieldWritten communicationOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

5+ years of customer service experience, including people leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional ability to produce written communication for distribution
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Self‑motivated leader who can set direction and drive results

Preferred

Experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar preferred)
Bachelor's or Two-year degree in supply chain, Communications, English, or a related field preferred
