The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
Build and optimize Salesforce configurations including workflows, flows, validation rules, and custom objects
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications
Ensure code quality through unit testing , code reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers
Manage deployments using CI/CD tools , change sets, and version control systems
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements
Collaborate with admins, architects, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce
Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, external systems)
Proficiency in source control systems (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub)
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer, Architect)
Experience with Experience Cloud or CPQ
Knowledge of Salesforce DX
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Exposure to data migration tools and ETL processes
