8+ years expLHH is seeking a results-driven Director of Continuous Improvement to lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and performance improvement. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive scalable improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the company’s continuous improvement strategy aligned with business objectives
Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and shared services
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost performance
Establish standard work, SOPs, KPIs, and governance models to sustain improvements
Facilitate value stream mapping, Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and CAPA initiatives
Partner with operations, engineering, quality, safety, IT, and finance teams to drive cross-functional improvements
Lead and mentor CI professionals and site-level champions; build a culture of continuous improvement
Track, validate, and report performance improvements and financial impact
Support capital projects, new product introductions, and process scale-up initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards
Champion change management efforts to embed CI principles into daily operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
8–12+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process engineering roles
Proven leadership experience driving CI initiatives across multi-site or enterprise environments
Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 5 Why, 8D)
