Responsibilities

Lead CIS business development initiatives within the assigned geography
Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction
Acquire new logos and expand existing accounts
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
Understand client business contexts and align CIS solutions accordingly
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client outcomes
Leverage delivery excellence to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Develop and manage partnerships to enhance service offerings and market reach
Contribute to industry publications, speaker sessions, and internal knowledge sharing

Required

Proven track record of consistent revenue growth in IT services
Experience in a similar role within a mid-to-large IT services organization
Strong client network and account management experience
Deep understanding of Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) Service Line Sales
Open to candidates from all industries with strong CIS domain expertise
Cloud Strategy, Migration, and Operations (IaaS & PaaS)
Private and Hybrid Cloud Architecture
End User Services – Digital Workplace, Service Desk
Software Defined Infrastructure Operations
Financial acumen for deal structuring and profitability management
Strategic thinker with a clear Point of View (POV) on CIS service evolution
Strong problem-solving and consultative skills
Positive and engaging communication style
Ability to articulate the business impact of technology solutions
