Responsibilities
Oversee the management of teams within data center operations
Work together to identify and resolve problems and create solutions for the global computing and network architecture
Manage the implementation of projects within the team and effectively communicate business priorities and facilitate operations to following shift leads
Hire, coach and develop a team while achieving business goals and demonstrate the ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site, while fostering a collaborative team environment
Ensure data center related priorities are consistent with company objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware
5 years of experience managing technical, vendor, contract management, or delivery teams
Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required
Preferred
Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure, network, compute architecture, life-cycle, and Linux/Unix system administration
Experience with developing network architecture
Experience leading and managing projects from initiation to completion and directing operations management initiatives
Experience with initiating and executing initiatives in a global environment
Ability to lead and improve Environmental Health and Safety initiatives
