Managing litigation matters from pleadings through trial and appeal
Drafting and arguing motions in New York state and federal courts
Taking and defending depositions; overseeing discovery strategy
Preparing witnesses and supporting trial preparation
Appearing before administrative bodies, including:
NYC Environmental Control Board
NYC Loft Board
Negotiating settlements and advising clients on litigation strategy
Running multiple matters with increasing autonomy alongside senior partners
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial litigation, ideally with real estate exposure
Comfortable handling motion practice, discovery, and court appearances
Strong writing and advocacy skills
Interest in building a long-term career within a collaborative litigation team
