Oversee payroll accruals and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Optimize data management workflows within existing payroll systems
Provide backup support for payroll processing and deliverables as needed
Collaborate with financial teams to maintain compliance and streamline reporting
Analyze payroll-related financial data to identify discrepancies and implement solutions
Develop and maintain documentation for payroll processes and system workflows

Required

At least 10 years of experience in payroll and financial accounting
