Coda Search│Staffing is representing a growing manufacturing conglomerate seeking to add a Controller/Director of Finance due to growth. The ideal candidate will lead Finance/Accounting processes, drive innovation, and adapt to the evolving role while overseeing financial activities and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the companies financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing and financial operations

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Human Resources on various initiatives impacting the financial reporting of the company including all financial metrics and KPI’s

Manage all aspects of the monthly close process including revenues, expenses, T&E, equity, taxes, as well as KPI’s and metrics

Develop and drive necessary financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, and play a leading role in directing change initiatives and process improvements

Create executive presentations of financial results for review with senior executives

Support external audit engagements including managing and coordinating with auditors and external service providers, and preparation/review of audited financial statements and footnote disclosures

Identify risks, implement controls, and maintain proper process documentations

Provide support for other ad hoc analyses and projects as needed
