Responsibilities
Oversee the annual planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Coordinate the management of headquarters spending while working directly with executive leaders
Collaborate with treasury to monitor liquidity and important leverage metrics
Build and maintain multi-year, integrated financial statements to support strategic planning
Use quantitative insights to influence long-term business priorities
Partner across departments to model strategic initiatives and incorporate key assumptions
Standardize business case methodologies and financial metrics used across the organization
Conduct evaluations of actual performance versus investment expectations once projects launch
Produce financial models that support executive decisions and corporate initiatives
Lead analytical review of company performance for quarterly earnings cycles
Prepare financial insights, summaries, and supporting materials for external reporting
Maintain core models that support public updates and investor-facing documents
Work with senior executives to develop financial content and presentations used in Board meetings
Align Board materials with strategic and earnings-related financial frameworks
Execute follow-up analyses based on Board feedback or requests
Identify areas for process improvement within finance operations
Develop streamlined, technology-driven workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Support upgrades and implementations across financial systems
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of FP&A experience in a publicly traded company, including 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and the ability to adjust communication style for various audiences
Strong background using enterprise financial systems and planning tools
Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results
Deep understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, including multiple cash-flow forecasting methodologies
Advanced Excel capabilities and proficiency with ERP platforms and financial planning systems
Experience with GAAP and non-GAAP reporting within a public company environment
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leadership experience with a focus on developing team capability
A strategic mindset paired with a proactive, problem-solving approach
