Responsibilities

Utilize Monday.com to plan, track, and execute culture and engagement projects like Regional ERG Conference, Take Your Child to Work Day, and executive retreats from initiation to completion
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships for culture and engagement team initiatives, including communication, setup, management, and termination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERG initiatives with organizational goals
Propose and manage creative execution strategies for the Client Culture Index to measure and enhance employee engagement

Required

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in project management or a related role
Proficiency in project management tools, including Monday.com
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience managing vendor relationships in a corporate environment
Familiarity with ERG initiatives and employee engagement strategies
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Experience in overseeing communication processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
