Responsibilities
Demonstrate leadership by leading the planning and implementation of a project
Demonstrate strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirement
Develop full scale project plans
Establish and coordinate project teams
Plan and schedule project timeline
Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
Efficiently identify project issues and develop issue resolution action plans
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and adhering to project methodology
Direct and oversee project team and manage conflicts within group
Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable
Ensure quality assurance
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Develop and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
Guide and coach, the team on how to use Agile framework
Remove impediments that inhibit the team's productivity and that may sometimes involve coordinating with people outside the team to seek assistance on work items
Facilitate PI/Trial Planning, Daily Standup, trial scope review and PI Retrospective
Act as a Servant Leader: Maintain productivity and function of the team
Manage the ADO board
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Act as Change Agent: Understand the need for change helping the team implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables meet the quality standards at the end of each trial
Guides teams to higher scrum maturity
Facilitate PI planning
Book rooms, coordinate with other teams, & schedule speed dating sessions
Facilitate speed dating sessions; partner with BA as needed
Capture and manage action items in ADO, risks, decisions (before, during, and after planning)
Update features, SDLC dates, stories, and tasks; partner with BA as needed
Update PC Roadmap ADO2 as needed
Submit change request if original scope & dates are modified
Schedule & facilitate additional follow-up meetings with other SPARK teams as needed
Facilitate daily scrum meetings, capture decisions, action items, and follow up on their completion
Work daily with BA to update and close defects and work items in ADO with team's input
Facilitate Data Mapping Requirements (DMR) sessions
Ensure mapping takeaways are captured and managed in ADO
Identify and remove roadblocks
Escalate issues to PC leadership as needed
Help team stay on track by keeping discussions focused on scope items for the current trial
Help with manual UI/data validation (as bandwidth permits)
Help research, log, and retest defects (as bandwidth permits)
Own and manage ADO board
Initiate and manage access requests for PC team members as needed
Coordinate the onboarding of new testers and ensure they have access to required systems and tools
