Regional Merchandise Sales Manager
LuLu's is a company rooted in coastal hospitality and unique experiences. They are seeking an experienced Regional Merchandise Sales Manager to lead merchandising efforts, drive sales, and enhance the retail experience across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Lead all merchandise buying, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
Source new products, track trends, and attend trade shows to keep assortments fresh and competitive
Drive regional merchandising strategy and visual standards across all locations
Oversee online store merchandising and coordinate product promotion support
Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast trends and optimize buying decisions
Partner with store managers to enhance the guest experience through strong merchandising
Train and support store teams with product knowledge, sales strategies, and brand standards
Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in merchandise buying and retail operations
Strong vendor negotiation and trend analysis skills
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
Willingness to travel extensively and work occasional weekends and evenings
Preferred
Experience with inventory management systems and POS platforms
