Responsibilities
Leading end-to-end voyage execution: pre-fixture to post-fixture, claims & invoicing
Building bunker strategies and monitoring voyage P&L and performance
Liaising with Masters, Charterers, Port Agents & Technical to keep voyages on track
Coordinating STS support operations when required
Reviewing CP/recaps/voyage orders & resolving issues fast
Qualification
Required
Qualified Deck Officer (Tankers) or proven shore-side commercial operations
Focused, determined, creative problem-solver with strong stakeholder skills
Comfortable with fast decisions and time-pressure; assured communicator
Inspired by accountability and continuous improvement
Preferred
IMOS/ZeroNorth/Sedna/Vortexa familiarity a plus
