Customer Service/Sales Associate
Drive IT is a fast expanding marketing firm seeking a Customer Service/Sales Associate to represent their clients professionally. The role involves handling business and personal accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Be the professional face of our clients
Handle existing Business / Personal Accounts on a one on one basis to increase customer retention & customer satisfaction
Act as point of contact for our Clients
Provide an outstanding level of customer service on behalf of our clients and company
Advise all existing customers with their needs and enquiries, ensuring their questions are answered appropriately
Qualification
Required
Previous retail / hospitality / customer service experience is a plus although full training is provided for the right candidate
Some experience in a customer facing role will be advantageous to your progression; customer service, hospitality, brand promotion etc
Excellent Communication Skills
