Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of the corporate manufacturing engineering strategy for capital projects
Build and manage relationships with internal and external resources to implement project initiatives
Collaborate with Strategy, Engineering, Commercial, Beverage Initiatives, and other key Business Units within the Supply Chain
Work directly with manufacturing sites to develop, modify, and implement plans for capacity and program initiatives
Ensure project initiatives drive productivity results, optimize value, and promote growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields preferred
Experience in developing and executing capital projects within Supply Chain
Experience in the Food and Beverage or CPG (Consumer Package Goods) industry is a plus
Knowledge of high-speed filling and packaging technologies is ideal
Experience managing and executing project budgets
PMP Certification is a plus but not required. Familiarity with Program Management Standards and Agile Methodologies is ideal
