Responsibilities
Generate production tests plans to verify product performance
Design/analyze RF & microwave test boards for automated test equipment
Set up and perform lab RF measurements
Conduct measurement systems analysis (gauge R&R)
Analyze data using sound statistical methodology
Perform yield analysis and hold meetings of the project team to review the findings
Ensure all aspects of product manufacturing, including hardware, documentation, BOMs and costing are in place for the production release of a product
Ensure new product introduction is successful and on schedule

Qualification
Required
BS in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
More than 7 years of experience as a Product or Test Engineer in the semiconductor field
Knowledge of a wide range of RF/microwave semiconductor products including amplifiers, switches, attenuators, mixers and limiters
Strong RF/microwave test and measurement skills
Experience in the characterization of semiconductor devices
Ability to analyze data using sound statistical methodology and effectively present technical information
Exceptional team and communication skills to interface with internal cross-functional teams and subcontractors
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as JMP and Galaxy Examinator
Preferred
Masters degree is a plus
Experience in scripting is a plus (Python, JMP etc)
