Marketing Coordinator
R & S Northeast is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide central administrative support across all departments. This role focuses on supporting the Sales and Marketing teams through coordination, communication, and event execution, ensuring effective on-site operations and organization.

Responsibilities
Provide front-desk support, welcoming guests and managing incoming calls with professionalism
Coordinate travel arrangements for sales team members, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries
Attend internal meetings to document notes, distribute recaps, and track follow-up activities
Assist with processing and tracking expense reports for sales and marketing teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Support trade show and event planning, including registration, booth logistics, material shipping, promotional items, and post-event follow-up
Maintain marketing and event calendars, organize promotional inventory, and assist with day-to-day marketing operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support sales and marketing activities and communications
Manages sales team credentialing system
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or sales support role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, customer-focused demeanor with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
