Responsibilities

Lead and oversee IT infrastructure, security, and technology operations across the organization
Manage internal technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure strong performance and service delivery
Ensure systems, networks, and cloud environments are secure, stable, and scalable
Own cybersecurity practices, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
Partner with executive leadership to align technology priorities with business needs
Support compliance, audit, and risk management efforts in collaboration with internal teams
Evaluate and implement technology improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk
Manage technology budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements
Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact technology issues

Required

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
