Responsibilities
Reviews and processes rejections in Provider Enrollment Research ETM role as outlined in policies. To include reviewing with carriers via web portal, carrier email, or phone call
Reassigns Provider Enrollment issues to IDXC PE role for assignment to Division Provider Enrollment Department for issue resolution
Report any errors or problems that affect claims from receiving payment
Report any claim issues identified
Report any carrier issues identified
Maintain knowledge of ETM and carrier requirements
Participate in weekly meeting with Manager
Performs other duties and assignments as requested
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing
Excellent oral and written communication
Computer literate
Excellent follow-up skills
Excellent organizational skills
