Responsibilities

Facilitating critical interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Resolving issues related to product pricing, returns, order expediting, and invoice/receipt discrepancies
Supporting all core SCM functions and handling a high volume of inbound communications from internal Mayo Clinic staff and external suppliers
Serving as a point of contact to triage SCM-related inquiries and issues, coordinating with appropriate personnel to ensure resolution
Participating in various work groups and contributing to projects as assigned
Processing a high volume of invoices, credit memos, and supplier statements to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
Researching and resolving transactional discrepancies, investigating aging items on supplier statements, and proactively collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues efficiently
Completing additional job-related duties as assigned by leadership

Required

Bachelor's Degree
OR
Associate's degree AND 2 years of experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of experience

Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and work effectively with others
