Diverse Lynx is seeking a Benefits Specialist to provide technical and customer support for Federal Government accounts. The role involves handling client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, documenting cases, and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
Responsibilities
Provide technical and customer support for Federal Government accounts
Handle inbound client calls and emails; troubleshoot and resolve issues per SLAs
Document all cases, resolutions, and follow standard processes
Escalate unresolved issues and identify recurring trends
Ensure compliance with service agreements and quality standards
Participate in required product and process training
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of relevant customer support or benefits experience
Experience supporting Federal Government accounts (required)
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet SLAs
