Responsibilities

Manage and retain a book of high net worth personal lines clients
Provide proactive service, coverage guidance, and annual policy reviews
Respond to client questions regarding coverage, endorsements, and policy status
Deliver high touch customer service with professionalism and accuracy
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Qualification

Personal Lines experienceIllinois Property & Casualty licenseAgency management systemsDependabilityWritten communication skillsVerbal communication skillsOrganizational skillsAttention to detail

Required

Minimum 3–5 years of Personal Lines experience, including HNW clients
Active Illinois Property & Casualty Personal Lines license
Current with all required CE credits
Experience with agency management systems (QQ Catalyst, Applied, or AMS360 preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail oriented, and dependable
