Envita Solutions is a leading total waste management partner dedicated to fostering a healthier planet. The Onsite Program Manager will provide management coverage by implementing waste reduction programs and working closely with the customer's Environmental Department.

Responsibilities

Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
Conduct Daily Site inspections
Conduct weekly RCRA inspections
Work with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management procedures
Manage recycling programs
Manage the 90 day accumulation building
Schedule all waste shipments including all recycling materials
Manage all document tracking including reports to Environmental Department
Manage supplier subcontractors working on behalf of Envita Solutions
Meet with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities, negotiate pricing and review current approvals
Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients as requested
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills

Required

High School or Equivalent
1+ years waste management industry
Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function
Must possess strong attention to detail
Sound communication, judgement, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners
Must be comfortable building relationships in-person and remotely
Ability to be solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction
Ability to write business proposals
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to develop a sound knowledge and understanding of various federal, state, and local industry-related regulations

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree Four year degree
5+ years experience in waste management industry
