Responsibilities

Follow all general safety regulations and use the safety equipment provided as required. See JSA & PDA for this position for details safety instructions

Understand ISO 9001 requirements / the Woodbridge Quality Policy. Always follow work instructions and procedures as established through the Woodbridge Quality Policy

Maintain plant downtime and equipment records for the facility

Maintain all contractor and vendor information packets and insurance certificates (part of the HSE Element activities and the INS Vendor system)

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Can be called upon to receive maintenance request and work orders and dispatch maintenance technicians, accordingly, working with the Maintenance Supervisor

Required

Prefer two-year technical training, Associate's degree or military training and five years' experience

A background in Industrial Maintenance would be an added benefit in this position

Electrical experience with controls and PLC

Mechanical Experience willing to work as a mechanic and able to complete electrical work and trouble shoot electrical issues

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock; and vibration

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

During the summer months, the employee must endure extreme heat as the plant is not climate controlled
