2+ years expGH Engage is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the execution of a large-scale Data Center construction project. The ideal candidate will assist project management, coordinate field activities, ensure quality standards are met, and help drive successful project delivery on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities
Support project planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, cost tracking, and progress reporting
Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs
Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards
Identify, track, and help resolve project issues and risks
Prepare daily reports, submittals, and project documentation
Track material deliveries and equipment staging
Help manage change orders and updates to project scope
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to field personnel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, or related)
2+ years of experience in construction project engineering (data center, commercial, industrial preferred)
Knowledge of construction processes, schedules, and documentation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) experience with scheduling tools is a plus
Ability to travel and work on site consistently
