Manthey Hospitality is Tampa Bay’s premier operator of passenger vessels, and they are seeking a highly organized, adaptable Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer and the executive team. This role involves providing high-level administrative and operational support, managing schedules, and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Reports to the COO and supports the executive team

Manage the COO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, operational check-ins, and events

Serve as a key point of contact between the COO and internal teams, vendors, and partners

Assist with operational coordination across dinner cruises, water taxi services, and specialty vessels

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting agendas

Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure operational priorities are met

Support event logistics and attend select evening or weekend functions as needed

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Provide general administrative support as business needs evolve
