Responsibilities
Driving operational improvements to enhance client outcomes and coaching program efficiency
Leading and inspiring teams to adapt to emerging trends and meet evolving client needs
Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and partners
Innovating and integrating AI-based solutions into the coaching programs to stay ahead of the curve
Driving growth and aligning with the company’s global objectives
Delivery of top-tier executive coaching programs while fostering a results-driven coaching culture
Serve as a key representative for the organization, cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders
Motivate and mentor senior teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision
Identify emerging needs in the executive coaching space and contribute to the development of new programs and AI-driven tools that support client success
Qualification
Required
Over 10 years of senior management experience
Proven track record of driving growth and excellence within coaching, consulting, or executive leadership environments
Strong leadership skills
Commercial acumen
Ability to inspire and lead coaching teams
Hands-on approach
People-centric leadership style
Focus on fostering innovation and engagement
Preferred
Knowledge of DISC profile and its application in interviews
