Work a five-day workweek from January through mid-October
Extend hours during the peak months of November and December based on increased sales volume
Participate in comprehensive initial training in all aspects of selling tires and wheels
Continue to receive residual training to become a leader in the field of selling tires and custom wheels
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Sales experience or a willingness to learn sales techniques
Ability to work a five-day workweek from January through mid-October
Availability to work extended hours during peak months of November and December
