This role involves close collaboration with Electric Utilities, ISOs, and TSOs to design, implement, and support mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, integrate, tune, and deliver Power Systems Application software
Work closely with utilities, ISOs, and TSOs on functional software specifications
Customize and support Network / Transmission applications in live customer environments
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution on real-time systems
Apply fixes and patches on production systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Electric Transmission EMS / SCADA implementations
Hands-on experience with GE Reliance (XA21 / Power On Reliance) or equivalent SCADA platforms (Siemens, OSI, ABB, Schneider)
Strong knowledge of EMS, SCADA, Power DMS / TMS applications
Proficiency in C, Java, Oracle (SQL/PLSQL)
Strong experience with Linux & Windows OS, shell scripting, and debugging
Experience with real-time / mission-critical systems
Hands-on experience with GitHub, ClearCase, and system configuration
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferred
Master's in Power System Applications (PSA)
