They are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer to contribute to electrical planning, design, and operational services for municipal water and wastewater projects.

Responsibilities
Design electrical systems for water and wastewater facilities, including power distribution, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems in compliance with applicable codes
Research and specify equipment based on project requirements and available technologies
Prepare cost estimates and monitor budgets throughout all phases of design and construction
Coordinate electrical design with other disciplines, including HVAC, mechanical, structural, and process engineering teams, as well as vendors and contractors
Perform site visits and support construction-phase services in accordance with project agreements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical power and/or SCADA system design and construction
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD MEP, and Revit
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal team members
Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) or Designer of Engineering Systems license, or the ability to obtain one within six months
Prior experience in the municipal water and wastewater industry and an understanding of related processes from an electrical perspective
Interest in consulting and client-focused project delivery
