Responsibilities
Receive inbound patient calls and schedule infusion oncology appointments
Manage chair-time utilization and multi-day treatment cycles
Coordinate scheduling based on lab results, drug prep timing, provider availability, and nursing capacity
Schedule recurring oncology treatment regimens and follow established protocols
Work closely with nursing, pharmacy, and clinical teams to ensure accurate appointment sequencing
Support backlog reduction and throughput optimization efforts
Document scheduling activity in Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium)
Qualification
Required
Infusion Oncology Scheduling experience is REQUIRED
Experience scheduling infusion oncology patients in a hospital or cancer center environment
Prior hands-on use of Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium
Comfortable managing complex, high-volume oncology scheduling workflows
Strong phone presence and patient-facing communication skills
