BVA Bear's IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM - Business Analyst to work in the Middletown, PA area. The role involves serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, focusing on requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation to ensure successful implementation of SAP BRIM solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Conduct workshops with business units to capture functional requirements for SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC)
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Validate requirements against SAP best practices and identify gaps or customization needs
Process Design & Documentation
Document end-to-end business processes for subscription management, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA for backlog management
Prepare impact analysis reports and ensure alignment with compliance and security standards
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and review SIT and UAT test scripts; support execution and defect resolution
Validate migrated data and ensure dispute handling processes are streamlined
Training & Change Management
Assist in creating training materials for end-users and support teams
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to increase familiarity with SAP BRIM and S/4HANA functionalities
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure processes adhere to PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security protocols
Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation and tracking risk mitigation actions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of business analysis experience in SAP environments
2+ full-cycle SAP BRIM or S/4HANA implementations
Familiarity with subscription-based and usage-based billing models
Strong understanding of SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI) and integration points
Proficiency in documentation tools and backlog management platforms (ADO/JIRA)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
U.S. citizenship requirement: This position is restricted to U.S. citizens only in accordance with federal contract requirements

Preferred

SAP BRIM certifications (BR235/240/245/416)
Experience with Agile/Hybrid methodologies
Knowledge of SAP BTP for event-driven architecture and API management
Industry experience in utilities or transportation sectors
