Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Build and optimize customer journeys, automations, and campaigns in Marketing Cloud
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware
Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Stay current with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud innovations and recommend enhancements
Support deployment and release management processes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative and analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills
Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to enhance personalization, segmentation, and campaign performance
Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
Recent professional consulting experience
Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus
Preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred
