Business Development Manager
Tiki AI is a company that delivers end-to-end data annotation and intelligence solutions for AI systems. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify strategic opportunities, develop relationships with enterprise clients, and close impactful deals in the AI/ML ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise and strategic accounts in the AI/ML, data, and software ecosystem
Build and manage a healthy pipeline, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and close
Structure partnership models, pricing, and contracts that drive long-term value
Work closely with product and engineering to map customer needs to Tiki AI’s capabilities
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform GTM strategy and uncover new opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in AI, data or developer-focused products
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals ($100k+ ACV preferred)
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to articulate technical value to both business and technical stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High ownership mindset, self-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments
