Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Duck Creek Producer initiatives

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications

Support configuration and integration of Duck Creek Producer for new and existing insurance products

Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog grooming sessions

Collaborate with developers and QA to clarify requirements and support testing efforts

Assist with system configuration, rule analysis, and data mapping as needed

Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage

Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and best practices

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
