Required

Proficiency in teamwork, communication, and project management to work collaboratively and meet project goals effectively
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
Familiarity with engineering tools and software relevant to design and analysis tasks

Preferred

Prior experience in the Aviation and Aerospace industries is a plus
