Responsibilities
Lead the launch and growth of the greenfield data center division - developing strategy, securing new work, and overseeing all financial and operational performance
Act as both a seller and a builder, driving business development while ensuring flawless project execution across complex, ground-up data center builds
Build and mentor a world-class team of project managers, engineers, and support professionals focused on excellence and collaboration
Partner closely with executive leadership to align vision, drive profitability, and expand the company’s presence in the mission-critical market
Uphold and evolve a company culture built on trust, transparency, and long-term client partnerships
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in the Data Center industry
Proven success leading large-scale data center projects
10+ years in the data center/mission critical construction industry
Strong business development and client relationship expertise, with a track record of securing and delivering high-value projects
In-depth understanding of design-build and full lifecycle project delivery
Inspirational leadership style with the ability to attract, empower, and retain top talent
Willingness to travel as needed, so the applicants must be based in the USA
